Event Coverage Good Guy's Des Moines Next Weekend 4th Of July Roll Call - IMPORTANT

There is currently (830am) no traffic getting to registration. Might not stay that way.

 

For those of you who will be coming in from the east on University Avenue today (Thursday), turn south at Williams Street after you go down through the valley and over the creek on University in Pleasant Hill. It is a stoplight halfway up the hill. It will T into Dean Avenue, which will then take you right to the registration gate.

 

I’m baking like a toasted cheeser , but we got a spot in the shade and I’m laying down so all is good. Seems Saturday level busy for a Friday… must be because everyone has the day off today.

 

I agree, it has been busy today!

 

Left at 4:50 am and got back to Wichita at 11:10 pm. Got rained on 4 times, saw probably 80-90% of the show and had a great time. The video is up on my YT and already has 3400 views, so I'm happy with that.

 

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Travis for taking the time to video the Des Moines Goodguys show and sharing it with all of us. For those who couldn't make the trip this year, your footage gave a solid taste of what it was like to be there—awesome rides, killer atmosphere, and all the good stuff.

You even caught my car at the 20:21 mark—appreciate that!

Keep up the great work. Your videos are the next best thing to being there.
