This is are first big holiday in our new house so we thought we would go to town in the yard. So this morning i started putting all my junk out side to make a "haunted junkyard" Cause it was free and i wanted to do it Big let down when all we have had is about 12 kids cause i live around the corner from the main sub kinda. But any way thought some of you guys would get a kick out of some of the stuff i set up. So here goes. And i made my pitbull all 80's in her *****ing Camaro shirt hahaha. Im so white trash i love it
Damn Bryan, We had 88 trick or treaters last nite-almost ran outa candy- I was asking them for candy near the end! ! That is only amazing when you note our population is 100 here in Elmer! For the Detroit area, you would think you could have a bunch more..Its probably just the small town boredom for the kids on this end!
Thats Pretty Cool. If Your Like A Few Of My Neighbors, You Should Keep It Up Till July. Or Until A Storm Blows It Into Someone Elses Lawn.:d
That would have been last nite...."Devil's Nite" here in the Motor City. The powers that be, and the press, started calling it "Angel's Nite" a few years ago. The community is now involved therefore most of the burning has stopped. Brian, the spooky junkyard looks great. Can't wait to see what you come up with for Christmas.
I was looking for the "Halloween aint what it used to be" post to add to and I found this. I got a bit excited and carved some pumpkins . I also hooked up the old 6V oogah horn to the 12V battery charger to blast noise at them on the porch. I've only used the horn once because there's only been one rambunctious group so far. I can hardly wait to see your nativity scene . Thanks, Kurt
We didn't even get one trick or treater this year. It is really the pits since the kids moved away from home
Haha, I love the setup! I was in cl*** tonight- I heard from my mother there were ZERO trick-or-treaters! NONE! I thought about it, there really are no little kids left in this neighborhood anymore- last year we only had like 10 all night. My grandmother in Sterling Heights had almost none either for the past several years. Hmmm.. Regardless, I would have been at your door asking for cars instead of candy! I couldn't get away with that around here- all hell would break loose, the cops would be called, etc. Though it would be fun....
