those pictures are from Paso 1997. pretty sure it was "new" that year. that truck could be any where and any color now.
looks like Lincoln push ****ons on the doors. that's unique

My old 50. Bought it in high school, what a rust bucket! First top I ever chopped, lot of mud in that one. The picture with my kid was right around 20 years ago, he's now 6'-4" and quiet a car guy himself. The little trees behind the truck are around 40' tall now. All that remained from the original truck, three of the four fenders, the frame from the firewall back, that should give a clue to the unmentionable front suspension, and the leaf springs, not much else. The photo of the truck in black was taken at the Tacoma Alley Rallye several years ago, no idea of the photographer? Sold the truck not too many years after the photo with the kid. Truck was sold to a guy on the Olympic Peninsula WA state, a bail bondsman if I remember correctly, do not remember his name. Sure would like to know if the truck is still around.

Here's my 1950 3100. Bought it back to the UK from the USA in 2005. It did run and drive back then but really needed some work. This is what it looks like now.

The motor; it's an early 350 with ported Camel Hump heads and a 650 spreadbore Holley. I fitted power steering and disc brakes to the original straight front axle. I also replaced the TH350 trans with a Tremec TKO 5 speed manual -A lot more smiles per mile IMO...

Dragged home this old "hippy van" and built this "grocery getter" Chevy Panel for my wife...so she would quit stealing my Sedan Delivery. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
