    My Grandfather “Big Jim” and Grandmother on their farm in Chisago Lakes Mn about 1965.
    My cousins always opted for driving the newest tractors as teenagers, while I was in heaven driving my grandfather’s old Case around! IMG_2729.jpeg

    Yvone de Carlo sitting on a Playboy car, made in Buffalo, New York, shortly after the War, didn’t last very long.
    The company behind it had in fact been building more prototypes and pre-production vehicles than actual production cars between 1946 and 1950.

    My mom was born in Lindstrom in 1917… I still have a cousin in Schaffer. Even tho we lived in Inglewood Ca. mom got a copy of the Chisago County Press up onto the 60’s
