    Hi all,

Wondering what happened to those awesome Andy Southard Jr archives videos that speed and kulture had put up on YouTube? It was awesome getting to see all those cool hot rods (good inspiration) for model an and Ts.

Did they lose the rights to em? I loved watching those videos and was just wondering if anyone had any idea what happened to them?

    Thanks!

  3. Oh man that sucks! Those videos were amazing. I’ve met the guy that runs that channel. His name is Trent Sherrill.

    Hopefully this helps.
I just spoke with Trent and it seems Andy's widow Patty in the middle of the digitizing process and making the YouTube videos she asked Trent to stop and take everything down until further notice.
Trent has invested time and money into this effort for all to see with no explanation from Patty..
With that said we must respect Patty's wishes and hope it will turn around.
    God bless Andy Southard Jr.

Yeah that does help. Hopefully she changes her mind like you said. Those videos and photos were the coolest thing on YouTube.

    Thanks for your response,

  6. Unfortunately it sounds an awful lot like someone got in her ear after the fact. Probably suggesting there was money to be made.

We were using them for reference on appropriate wheels and caps ala 1964. A current family project has a “build date” of early/mid 60’s.
