This particular picture is of a '32 B-400. I bet the owner was especially pissed when these two shitheads "lifted" it.
My tudor sedan when it arrived almost 2 years ago. Currently rebuilding a324 olds & hoping to have it back together soon. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
I love the 32 Fords and have 3 of them to prove it. This is the one I wanted to build back when I was 18 years old. Now 79 and at long last have the hot rod of my dreams. Owner built and driven hard, 30K miles on it in 3 summers.
Egad, that's gorgeous @John Stimac I see Ford-oval hubcaps and no V-8 logo on the headlamp bar. I take it this is a Model B? All stock?
@John Stimac I could swear I saw a silver 32 Vicky driving up University in Fort Worth, TX a few years ago. I see you are in Lake Havasu, but has that car every been in Texas? The one I saw could be a twin to that one.
I had a 32 3 window when I was 15. It was channeled and was just a roller. My Uncle took it as payment for moving 8 or 10 cars for a local garage. The garage owner said he took the car because the real owner failed to pay for work done on the car. To make a long story short the real owner was was a Lawyer and brought claim and delivery papers and a Sheriff's deputy and that was that. I am currently working on a 32 Ford roadster that I bought in 1979. I've been collecting parts all these years and hope to finish a highboy before I am too old to drive it.
The new plates I just recently found. Plus my 32 after a new paint job, this is not red oxide primer.
A couple more of my cabriolet. This is a great driver - I've been about 2K miles so far this year and still using it 3-4 times a week. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I was first afflicted with the Deuce disease at the age of 12 years old, it has been what has kept me broke! HRP
I updated the engine a tad. Replaced a 32-34 Ford 4 cylinder with about 50HP with a 425 cubic inch Buick from a 1965 Buick Riviera Gran Sport... about 360 HP! Kept the switch pitch automatic, too! Did not split the wishbone.
Well, what the hell........... I pulled this thread out of the moldy file, like I always say, you can't have too many threads about The Deuce! One of my favorite 32's is Jim Busbys' coupe with early Cad power. Full story Here: https://www.hotrod.com/news/0407sr-1932-jim-busby-five-window
According to 99wspeedshop.com the first big R&C was Aug.'61. http://99wspeedshop.com/rodcustom02.html
How about the cat's pajamas?, my dad was from Columbia, South Carolina and he used that old saying when talking about how cool something was. As far as 32 Fords are concerned, I have several friends that dislike them, I've ask why and my pal says there are just overpriced DeLuxe Model A's. I'll admit I am a sucker for the Deuce. HRP
People are gonna think I have something to do with Deuce Days (I don’t). Just went for a little walk and here’s three pics of what I really enjoyed seeing.
