Machine shops in the Tampa area?

Do any of you Florida guys know of any reputable machine shops within 50-75 miles of Tampa (that you would trust with a vintage engine)? In the 3 years I've lived here I havent found anybody and had to send my stuff to Georgia. Any mom & pop places or old guys hidden back in the swamps?

 

In Englewood Fl. try CMS Brad @ 941 474 2723 or 941 474 2100. Brad has a complete machine shop. Does work on flatheads. If you can't find someone close to you you may want to give him a call.

Try Dave Pletcher Racing at 727-525-3536. He builds alot of the racing engines used at DeSoto Speedway and East Bay Raceway. He does everything from street stocks to 410 sprint motors. If he can't do your motor, he will know someone in the area who can. Good Luck.
