I talked to the owner of that ford convertible, it was a crate 350 GM engine, with the olds rocket valve covers, most people including me couldn't tell the difference!
Sorry I missed you as well, later on tonight when I get finished editing my photos, I will down load the HAMB friendly stuff here, and the not so HAMB friendly stuff over on the off topic forum.

    Thanks from Dennis.

A buddy of mine has a 29 highboy with a Chevy in it with the olds valve covers that I had to look at my photos after I got home to realize it was a Chevy under the rocket valve covers.

    Okay @Bandit Billy
The editing is done, and now to illustrate how tight cropping can really make the difference in presentation. You are good at composition and choice of what to shoot, but I have a bit of a different take on all of this, as you will see.

Thanks for letting me post here on your thread.
The "NOT H.A.M.B." friendly stuff, I will post the non friendly, dastardly atrocious wheels and such, on the off topic forum.
    Thanks from Dennis.

I have it on good authority my former 34 was on its way Sunday morning but puked its ****** on I-167 nearing Kent. Erick sent me shots of it on the trailer headed to a shop in Renton. A Ferrari shop no less. Then pic's of it nested in a**** a few of them awaiting service. His wife's hairdressers husband just happens to be service manager/top wrench for "Seattle Ferrari". He has invested in a large shop and is going into business for himself and had been wanting to see Ericks hot rod, so he said "bring it on". He also has a channel on Instagram, where he made some very complementary comments about the 34.
Sorry, Pic of our type of fun in a****st Ferrari's won't post. :):p:p:rolleyes:

@41 GMC K-18 you take a good photo. I didn't even see some of those cars you posted! Of course it is hard to see 3000 cars in one afternoon. Thanks again for the add.

Thanks, gentlemen. Having missed it for the first time is at least 20 years it’s really nice to see what was there. Both of you, very nicely done.

Nice coverage! We talked quite a while with the owners of the gold Anglia, very nice people, the car used to be their drag car, now show car.

And the beautiful blue 40 PU was debuted at Hotrodarama in Pendelton a few years back. Mine wasn't done yet and it was weird seeing another truck with a Hemi. Very nice ride!

I am glad you got better pictures of that ridiculously sweet shoebox. Thats a lot of rivets and detail. I'm pretty sure my mouth was a gape while looking at it, I hope I didn't leave any drool.

I guess I wasn't paying attention to which forum that @Bandit Billy started this thread on, so here is the remainder of the pictures I shot on Saturday along with the ones that had questionable wheels, that the wheel police often get in a twist about.
    Enjoy from Dennis.

Well this wraps up my contribution to thread that @Bandit Billy started. The guy in the conical hat, just cracks me up, because out of all of the people that were at the car show, this particular hat really caught my eye, purely as a target for a great photographic opportunity.
If you zoom into the picture of the hat, you can see its very well made and not a piece of junk, cheap manufacture, I have already done a web search to possibly purchase one for my collection.

Thanks from Dennis for all of the likes.
