I have a 8” that was in a 40 convertible since the 70’s the previous owners son decided to redo the can and he is a high end street rodder that went in favor of a Currie 9”. that said this rear is in perfectly good running condition. it have 2 4 link style bars on the top and 46/48 style wish bones for the bottom. that said the bottom wishbones ARE NOT BOLTED ON in the pictures. They’re just laying there. this would be a perfect rear for a 32/41 hotrod/custom. also not pictured are the brakes, they’re in good shape as well and the rear spring it appears to have 4” shackles on it too
