Whats the skinny guys? Ive seen these looms on many flatheads, I just got a pair by accident in a way and I am wondering how traditional they really are? If theyre traditional then to what era do they belong? They had some sweet old see through red plug wires in em when I got em but I am doing a fairly particular build and I dont want to stray too far

Ive seen them in an engine that had been raced hard and put away in 1962.

Not that style, but I know factory looms go back plumb to WWII, probably ‘32.

I have factory looms, I am building an early to mid 50s show car though, I want shiny but didnt want these to stand out as being from the wrong period

I've heard of guys having misfire issues that they claimed were due to that style loom. I don't know more about it, but be careful of the wires you use in them.

I run SS covers on my flathead with modern lacquer cloth coated wires/carbon cores and no crossfire issues.
    You shouldn't have any problems.
