I really like seeing all the things they experienced along the way.
One of my top favorite's is the shot you chose for your lead.

The Hotel Colorado is still there.
Gallagher's is long gone, but the building that was the Pontiac Service is still standing. I'm guessing that Louis had some connections there.

Love the Winner’s Circle shot with all the cars; Gold Corvette, VW Beetle, etc.

    Thank You Ryan.
I have hauled equipment to several Nevada mines, with flatbed trailers.
    Pulled copper cakes to Texas.
Hauled rock from pits, with dump bodies.
    It's a different world.

Interesting in the winners circle looking for older vintage rides...noted a later 30s coupe and a early 30s sedan...

They are definite time capsules aren't they...I enjoyed them...and yes I've missed some other editions you've shared but I will get around to them as they never get old...

we all are enjoying the pictures and stories. Even though they don't make much sense they are still cool history.

Just opened Part 4... Hope you guys are ready for the sports car class...

I've opened a handful of Cobb's Pikes Peak film roles over the past few weeks. Part 4 is certainly amongst my favorite. But, I'm a sports car guy.

    I like those too.

Both my mom and dad worked at a foreign car shop in the late 60s. My pops was a mechanic and my mom worked in the office. Lots of stories...

Those sunset pictures are enough to stop you in your tracks. Beautiful. And I would bet a lot more stars would be visible at night than would be today.
