Oh man what an event this year!! Tons of cool flathead powered cars, trucks, and even Jeeps! I camped on site, made passes and took in the stars Friday night. Raced Saturday, hung out with friends, and did some swapping. 14. Great photos Ron!

Of course, in typical fashion there were four vintage racing events I was interested in this weekend!

@Robert J. Palmer were you able to make any of the above events? Top Secret Drags looked to be an amazing weekend

  16. I went to the John Grady Night at Malta...

    ...my club was running Fonda....

Going to Malta gave me a chance to see friends and cars I don't often see.

Not to mention that Malta was a s $4,300 to win small end of the year show and the track has two entrance/exits to U.S. 9 which is 4 lane...

...vs Fonda (my home track) which was the Fonda 200 weekend a $53,000 to win Modified show!

Fonda Speedway is on the*****omery County Fairgrounds that has a single entrance/exit that is barely wide enough for two cars that exits to two lane NY 30A

30A (Bridge St) has stop lights at East Main just north of the track and at Riverside Dr. just south of the track across the Mohawk River...

...it is a bare getting in and out of Fonda on a regular Saturday night, and getting out on a big show night is a nightmare!

I would like to get to Pete and Mike's deal but it's 3 hours one way so if I go, I want to have something to race!
