I have a '57 Buick grill that I would like to put in my '57 Chevy.

    Anyone done this before?
    Pictures?
    Do's and don't's?
    Turn signal ideas?

I know I'm going to have to hack it up to make it fit, but I want to hack it the right way.

I had one on my 57. It was already done when I picked it up, but it looked bad ***! Only thing, make sure you pay close attention to how you will access your hood latch mechanism. The guy I bought it from sawed one of the baleen teeth off at the top to allow access for a long screwdriver! Can you say GHETTO?!

Nice. How did you attach the grill to the car and how much did you cut out of the pan. I have a damaged spare that I could cut up, but don't want to go to far. Are you still using the stock hood latch?

It's a lot more complicated than it sounds. The grill from a Century or Super fits in pretty easy. Roadmaster/Riviera grills requre a lot more dedication but fit the shape of the bumper better. A lot of people use different hood latches, but the stock '57 latch can be used if you have some decent fabrication skills.
