Make sure you have someone to video the first trial run so we can all see what it does! :D

What is the track record for the single shear mount for the lower coilover?

Not double shear but sure improves the single bolt from "racking" up and down and wobbling out the holes in the mount.
No matter how tight you get them they will get looser over time.

As with everything, if it fucks up, I will fix it. The double shear setup that was on the other rear end was shearing the 3/8" bolts that held it together. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Kinda like the guys on here that believe roller lifters never fail.

True. I find the weak points lol. I call them durability tests. It failed the last one. $3200 later, we'll see what goes now.

I opted for the jegs mounts because the first setup seemed cheap. But it wasn't, I believe it was performance engineering. The brackets were walking. Should've been welded solid, but you'd lose your adjustability. Plus I didn't like the rudder sticking down under the car. 20250627_164909.jpg

Retiring from the firehouse, I lost my department email. And my YouTube account was tied to that email. So now I lost my YouTube account, and it won't let me start a new one without logging into an old account that doesn't work lol...

Because they aren't happy, they're cheap rubber bushings. But they're fine, it all works, appreciate the concern. The pinion angle was down in those pictures. After it was on the ground with the tires on, then I set the pinion angle.
