Complete interior restoration of my 1964 Buick Wildcat

    Over the last two years I went on an adventure restoring the interior of my Wildcat. Seat covers and headliners were from SMS Auto Fabrics. They quality was good, but per usual their timing was off- everything was more delayed than promised on the seat cover side. Even though I had to send my old seat covers to them as templates, they still used a template for Skylark or Special seats, delaying the project two months even though they said two weeks.

    Installation was done at Beltline Motors in Decatur, Alabama. I also did a lot of the work like the carpet, dash pad, and rear package tray. All in it was $8,600 in 2024-2025 dollars. Spendy, but worth it. Here is it in 12 minutes:

    Here is the before and after on the seatbelts. These were redone by Sharon's Web in Hawkins, TX.
