  1. Surface pattern for a firewall. 64 Chevy.

    340 in a mid 60s Dodge ***embled from pieces by students. IMG_8791.jpeg they rebuilt the drums as well.

  13. Roached 32 rail was over 4 inches high at the nose.

    getting closer. Buckle at the cowl area is walking out
    Got all the street rod removed.

  15. Nose of the rail was 6 1/2 inch high from datum (bottom of frame bench)
    We’re at 2 1/4 now

    no heat

    Or length,width,height and 3 box/zone vehicle construction. Center, front and rear. All in that order.

    a lot of ugly still to remove from the rails. The plan is to establish original 32 specs then change to fit the A.
    Cut the rear rails just behind the cab. Then section the center part of the rails. Remove a 1 inch section from the center, wedge cut the front section of rail. Probably bob the front.
    The easiest way would be to fab a new top for the center frame section. Remove the top 2 inches, replace with a 1 inch tall section of bent angle (or a cut section of square/rectangle tubing). That would lower the profile and replace the crusty top portion of the frame.
     
  17. Cowl parts were successfully separated. Students drilled out the spot welds for the firewall/cowl sides.
