My folks gave me this picture a few weeks ago (It was taken back in the old 35 mm days) It really hit home with me. I had recently gotten a divorce with a gal that I had two incredible boys with. I had started dating Danielle my future wife who also grew up with hotrods and she was recently divorced with a little girl named Emily We were aquatinted thru mutual friends when we were in our early twenties and years later our paths crossed and we started talking and it lead to dating and getting married. This photo was taken on July 4th at the Piedmont South Dakota parade Emily (my step daughter) was four years old and she will be 21years old January 2026! This was the beginning of my life!!
Great memories for BOTH of their lifetimes. As a side note.....the bar is set high for her. How the heck is she going to find a guy she can respect and love, with a step-dad as great as you? Roger

I’m far from being a pro that’s for sure. Just a way of life that the kids have to deal with. hahaha!
