Can we PLEASE quit calling it AI??? That moniker implies some form of intelligence, and there is absolutely none. AS would be better. Artificial Stupidity. Large language models are not AI, never were and likely never will be. They are error generators that get close enough to fool the large majority of humans with short attention spans and limited critical thinking skills.

 

I call it AI, because it's Artificial Imagination.

Why do you assume the word Intelligence?

 

Much like throwing the words - Military Intelligence around, We all know there is no intelligence in the Military! HRP

 

In the military, the word "intelligence" merely means "information".

It's jargon.

 

They have been telling us "detractors" that in time it will get better, that's the part we should be afraid of.

The orange car has the exact same front end, etc..... AI for sure....

 

Oh crap...now there's TWO of them...

 

The "S" or "5" car has what I would say is a Mustang windshield. The same car is behind the main logo beneath with the odd dogleg windshield. Neither of them represents a real car that I've ever seen. Not Aussie, not South African or South American. These computer generated atrocities are trash images.

 

AI is about as convincing as attaching playing cards to bicycle spokes to sound like a car!

 

I get them all the time on f-book. Horrible. some are just so badly interpreted that they are laughable. And we're supposed to let this kind of computer program control our lives? Big F to that.

 

@seadog are you going to the racers reunion to see if the car from your post is actually there?

 

An image search on the two red cars at the top of the racer's reunion flyer got the following AI response.
