Flippers, or someone that just bought an old car, might not have any idea what chassis was originally, or what now may be under the car they are trying to sell. Some sellers are willing to tell you what ever they think you want to hear.
The guys here are pretty good at figuring out what is under a car based on pictures, but some sellers don't know how to take good pictures (or don't want to take good pictures). The pictures of the Nash were not very good.

I did go back and look at the motor pictures of the Nash. What little I could see tells me the car could have a 70s Mopar "C" body front frame clip and it looks like the same era tilt steering column inside of the car. that would match up with the big block Mopar motor.

It wasn't Californians the screwed up California. Or the Okies! It is not where you are from it is how you fit in where you are. Nevada has lost it too, nowhere to run nowhere to hide. At least there are miles and miles of all kinds of roads to drive what you build!

25 Ford Model T roadster. Built in the 60’s & ran in the Long Beach hill climb in late 60’s - early 70’s. Pictures show it at the climb. Engine is built with a Frontenac head on a built T engine with full oil pressure system. The rear is a Ruckstell 2 speed. It has been lowered & runs Model A wheels. Neat nostalgia car that would be good for nostalgia tours, races & hill climbs. Top speed is about 65 mph with 2 speed rear. It has a full black top as shown in pictures. Car is located in Arizona. Mike [hidden information]. Priced at $16,500.

Okay that's fair. I didn't know what the OHV and other engine mods plus the 2 speed rear are adding to the value. I assume the wheels don't just bolt on either, plus lowering with mech. brakes.
I know that the Ts are aging out of collectors and good deals can be had. I figured this being an early style modified but still T base would be more than the average stock unit.

Well it is an early hot rod, lowered, hopped up etc. but 65mph in that would be some serious fun.

  19. I have a couple of Series 1 and a Mark 1. Keeping the Mark 1 for a future build the Series 1 will be sold when I get time. No building going on yet, just storing.

Well, the ad says parts car. The hard to find trim is the rocker (right is harder, both MIA), fender side (there) and beltline (some missing) along with the grille (gone). The trunk floor is there from what you can see, but there isn't a straight panel on the poor thing. I don't know what parts you'd buy it for.
    Shame.
