Hot Rods hilborn fuel pump

    any one have information on where mechanical cam mount hilborn fuel pump rebuild kits might be found for sale all places i try say they are unavailable the only numbers on the pump are 1/2 - 760 stamped on the flange

    If Mc Master can't supply seals,bushings , O rings then they probably don't exist

    This is a cam drive front cover with a Hilborn PG150 pump. The only part that is not showing is the drive spud that bolts onto the front of the cam with the same bolts that hold the cam gear on. The only seal beside the crank-harmonic damper seal, which is a standard Chevy part, is the seal on the back side of the pump. And it is available from Kinsler and others still.

    at the moment the car is racing in winterport maine we will look latter this week and see what needs are for winter rehab thanks

    Who have you talked to? There are 6 or 8 real good fuel injection places scattered around the country.

    Try Alky Digger on Tennessee. He supplied me with all the stuff for my Hilborn. Some pumps are not rebuildable, I did wind up buying a new one that was rebuildable and never regretted it.
