My Son has a 50 Chevy coupe nostalgia g***er. He has a 9.3 in it. He found a 57 Olds housing (only year for leaf springs) and other than slightly spreading the rear springs, it was a bolt in. 306132228_5893533697346291_53320318925613741_n.jpg

I checked my Fabcraft book, it does not list the housing lengths. However, it states for any given year, the Pontiac housing will be wider than the Olds. Also, the rear brakes and backing plates are varying sizes and can affect the overall length.
