Event Coverage Ford Flathead Festival, Melbourne, Oz, 2025

Starting with some slightly unusual machines ... I will post more pics as time allows Last week I saw what looked to be the bare ch***is of one of these bren-gun carriers on the back of a truck, heading towards Melbourne from western Victoria.

 

Those Ford Blitz trucks allways ended up working out in the bush at the small Victorian saw-mills. Same for the Bren-Gun carrier.

 

A Bren carrier would be perfect for Melbourne traffic.

What do we have going on atop this flathead? I first thought Lathem but no carbs.

 

A recreation of the Milthorpe Special; the original was built be Charlie Milthorpe in 1947-48.
