Hey everybody, I currently go to West Point in upstate New York. I grew up around muscle cars my whole life back home in Texas, and recently got one over the Summer. I got a pretty sweet deal on a running and driving 1967 Firebird, but it needs some work. Overall, it's a really nice survivor. I have had a tough time finding the time to work on it. USMA keeps us busy! If any folks in the area know of some reputable shops/car clubs I can reach out to for a helping hand, that'd be great. Or even if you have general expertise on first-gen Firebirds, I'd love to chat as well. Mason
Welcome to the HAMB and cool car. I have had a couple first generation Firebirds as well. Just be sure you post in the OT section since that car is past the year limit here for the main board. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/forums/off-topic-hot-rods-customs.98/
Thanks for the response. I looked a little more into the site and see now that I am not in the right era. I reposted in OT. My dad has a '59 Corvette gasser that used to be raced in the '70s. I'll have to get him to make an account on here and post his build.
