Dang, you found plenty of really cools stuff out there. A lot I have never seen another photo of. Thanks for sharing some real interesting stuff.
As far as the OT stuff, as that old song said, "Just walk on by". I've had more than one guy look at me a bit sidways when I took a batch of photos of the car or especially an AD truck next to his OT ride and just walked on by his car without a second glance. Even had a guy ask me why I didn't take a photo of his car when I took photos of the cars on both side of it one day and I flat told him If I wanted to look at cars like his I would go down on Auto Row on South First and check the used car lots where there were dozens just like his. I probably hurt his feelings but a Ten year old car that you find 50 of the same model on the Used car lots in town isn't very special.

go next year! when I got there what I saw was a sea of cars I am not that interested in. lots of big wheels. later model cars, BUT when I got home and looked at the cars I took photos of it was all worth it.

this show definitely needs more 32 Fords.

Great comprehensive coverage of one of my favorite shows in my favorite city. I live two streets away from Hellman Hollow and was hoping to have the roadster ready—hopefully next year. My friend and I rode our old Harleys instead and parked beneath a tree. Thanks for sharing!

  9. The bay area doesn't mess around when it comes to old car events, that's one thing living in the Rockies really lacks and it's not even close.

I would have but my front crank seal developed a fairly substantial leak.

Guido has had all sorts of crazy cars that's for sure. he had some work done by a guy who had a shop next to me who shall remain nameless. I worked on his 1922 (?) Touring of some sort at this guys shop... maybe an Oldsmobile? we put a Datsun motor in it.
