Kudos to the Others car club for putting on an event today unlike any other! Beautiful day made for great attendance and a beautiful selection of vehicles. Hard for me to know how many attendees but my guess would be 500+. I couldn’t capture them all, but here’s a nice sample:
Did I say there were a lot of nice cars? Many HAMBers were in attendance. See if you can spot their rides.
Was a great time - got there at 10 and parked in the back! It eventually filled to capacity - the mild custom Chevy that won an award was beautiful - I didn't get a pic - thankfully you took great pics as I didn't take many lol - thanks for your great coverage of all the shows! A few I liked... This shoebox is incredible Great leaf peeping too
Thanks for the coverage Pete! I'm sorry I missed it. Had a memorial service for a friend today. Glad they had some great weather and a successful show.
Definitely some nice cars & great variety too. Happy to have been there and thank you Others! Thank you Mark and sorry for the reason you weren’t there. Nice selection of Dueces there. You’re welcome and you said it all Tom!
Thank you all for your kind words! More important than the many great rides there was the opportunity to see and talk with many of the nice people who drove them! Given this is likely one of the last big shows in our area, it’s a way to help carry over some nice memories until spring.
Hootenanny was held at Carter Hill Filling Station on Route 66 in Marlborough Ct, a town south and east of Hartford. Nice venue on grounds that was once an old filling station with farm fields behind it.
Great job on the pics Pete! It's always good seeing you and many other old friends. The Others Club always put on such well organized events. Jim
