That's a fantastic tribute to one of my favorite 51 Chevys! Great job.

Quickie I'm working on before starting the next Lead Ain't Dead challenge ('40 Fords for next year). Started with a prepainted AMT Pro Shop '62 Pontiac, but of course, being a custom guy just couldn't
leave the door handles and emblems on there. Thought a fade would cover my tracks and not waste the "prepainted." Interior and ch***is is done and I got pretty far into the fade this last weekend. Hopefully I'll get the highlights down tonight and ready for final ***embly.

The AMT ‘66 Wildcat was re-issued recently. Knowing how AMT did things, most of the kit should be identical. I just looked through my ‘66 and there is no radiator. The core support is molded to the body, but no separate radiator.

    That ‘61 is awesome @abc123!

I love those ‘58 Bonnevilles @junkyardjeff. I have a survivor ‘58 built in the 60’s with hand painted scallops and I’ve always thought it was soooo cool!
