what changes to original head lite buckets to use 39 head lite chrome ?

On this topic, the '37-'39 headlight doors/bezels/chrome are different than the '39 deluxe chrome, they are narrower.
1939 Ford Deluxe's headlights are unique, and specific to the 1939 Deluxe model.
1939 Ford Deluxe headlight buckets, and accompanying pieces, will fit 1940 Ford cars/pickups.
