I came across these heads on ebay. They look nice their shop apparently in Illinois. Repop Evans heads for just over 1k does anyone run these? Their combustion chamber looks interesting with the large area left for air transfer. A good trade off flow for compression? Not trying to cheap out so much as run something a little different or new. I was wondering what the compression ratio is on a stock bore, my Offenhauser 400 heads are 8.6 to 1 on a stock bore and the valve relief looks about the same. I was shocked at the price until I looked mine up and the price on them now is $1500, Mine are about 6 years old and were just under $700 didn't know they had gone up that much!
