I am not impressed with the weird side windows and the bassakwards rear fenders, but I do like the dash/gauge cluster. To each our own!

Man that is in nice shape. To a collector that wants to keep it original, that price may not be too far off. For a hot rodder that only wants the cab, then no.
In 2021, I saw one like that, with a farmer type "restoration" sell for 14K at an estate auction

this truck is a couple miles from my place. Met the just after he got it on the road. Had not seen it since. Pretty good deal. $25k Canadian is $17840 USD

 

12K for an unfinished, custom 4 door cab? Cab Only? Might be a little strong IMHO but just buying 2 cabs..... hmm... Maybe not super crazy.,,

One thing I am sure of is that it will not be worth 200K when it's done. Maybe 4 years ago, but definitely not today.

Here is a new build from my part of the world. Nice build. Some clown backi g up a trailer took out his taillights at the car show. Patina on the cab is real. Everything behind the cab is airbrushed.

 

Really cool! I****ume the bed rolls back and tilts? Or does it use ramps?
This is a lot like my original vision for my COE. They do get loooong as car haulers.....lol

 

It probably isn't really much longer than a modern crew cab dually long box
