Hot Rods Taillight question

Got a set of these taillights given by a friend.
They are glass and in the lower peak it says "hub" .
Think about using them on my A.
Does anybody what car they are from originally?

1951 Hudson i believe. I had a pair about 20 years ago. Sold them to a guy in England. This is the kind of part people build a car around

Be very careful with the glass lens. Very hard to find an not cheap.

 

That was my first thoughts too.....

 

My nephew has a 1938 LaSalle and it has glass lenses. He found someone that had a pair of NOS ones and he bought them. They were not cheap, but they look great. I really like the look that they have.

 

Those are off a 48 - 51 Hudson super six like the blue 48 or green 51. The same years Commodores had a larger chrome housing for the taillights shown in the bottom photo of the light blue with white top car.
