Drove Buford to the Antique Truck Show at the Owl's Head Museum in Maine. It was a wonderful venue. Lots of fantastic cars in the museum along with Biplanes and Triplanes flying! A diverse****ortment of trucks in the show. (no other COEs :-( ) The coastal drive along Route 1 was incredible.

Jackie drove on the highway headed home and says "the steering seems to have more play than it should".. Yup, she's my regular tester... lol.. I check it out at home and one of the Isuzu spline shaft couplings had loosened up and was eating it's splines... GREAT, I gotta find one of those from a 1998-2002 Isuzu Rodeo...

No local yards had one, but Jack's down in Mass thought they might.. Go there... "There should be a 1998 and a 2000 out there"... Where are they? On the left somewhere... Oh boy.... This is a big yard.... Wander along the left side of the yard and eventually stumble onto what looks like a Rodeo... Badges were gone, I wasn't sure... Find something that looks like Isuzu scrawled on the back glass... Hmm... is it a Rodeo.... I look around at the front end in the dirt and see no wheels, what appears to be missing front end and steering components....*****... I look up at the roof and there it is!!! The entire front clip cut off the truck INCLUDING THE REVERSER!!! 4 bolts, no crawling in the mud and I got the part...

    Sometimes you get the bear!

And on the price.... Driving down I'm thinking "It should be $25, but prolly will be $50 and since I think it's going to be $50, it will be $75. It was $75.
