    Thanks for sharing your knowledge! I‘m frequently cruising your channel and there is always something to learn. I‘ ve only had one cam respectivly lifter go bad on me yet, and when I pulled everything back apart I noticed the lifters got imprints were I pulled them with pliers. I compared them to a set of used oem lifters and found it was impossible to mark them using pliers. The oems also had a much higher ring to them when hit with a wrench, the bad ones only had a „ thud“. So I fully agree when you state that cam failure is more of a lifter issue than a cam problem…
