This photo was taken on Mississippi River in Quincy, Il. The driver is Eddy Palmer who was at that time a partner of O.F. Christner in the late 40`s they took this rig to Florida and set a new speed record with it. The motor is a KG9 the boat was built by Arrow Head Boat and Canoe Co. in Vally Park, Mo.
1946 Chris-Craft 20 ft Custom my friend is restoring for a client. This boat was missing most of the interior items front and rear seats .. dash panel area.. lucky he owns 46 Custom and was able to make patterns from his boat... still aways to go..
