I need a shop that can help me with project that another shop screwed me on and didn't finish...it does involve an engine swap (can't say which ot) in a '49 GM vehicle. The engine & trans are in place. So any ideas on who to contact would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I highly recommend Choice Ch***is on Fourth Plain. Nick and the crew are top notch.
Also, J-Rod Auto is a good one too.

If you don't find someone down there who is up to working on that truck with the engine I think you have Moxee Muscle cars in Moxee Wa out east of Yakima has built several of them and does high quality work. Not inexpensive but top level work.

x2 on Choice Ch***is that @Spooky mentioned, I have heard good things from friends. No personal experience there. I don't nay say in public, but I have lived here a long time, and I know a lot of people in town. If you want to run a name by me, use the PM.

Darryl, I count a**** my friends, plus he built the frame under my roadster. Hiring him to do perform this task would be akin to hiring a MAYO clinic neural surgeon to apply a Band-Aid to a paper cut. But more than qualified to ***ist.
