    Bard California, near Yuma Arizona
There are some running/driving cars indoors but it's the ones outside that you need to see.
Enough to make a grown man cry!

I believe Merlin of Merlin’s Old School Garage (YouTuber) stopped there for a Model A rear end on one of his episodes.

I recall Reno, maybe, my parents took us up there in the early 70’s, inside were all the shiny restored cars, there was a huge parking lot with many similar vehicles in the same condition waiting to be restored.

My aunt was still using one of those on their farm in the early 60s!. Open up a window in the washing room, run the flexible exhaust out the window, kick start the engine and you were off and washing!

Thinking back, I had an aunt and uncle that lived in a small town near Mt. Ranier Washington that had one of them, though at the time, I wasn't completely sure what it really was.

The guy that has this place is a hoot....and has the AA that he grew up with that has been converted to a camper...it is worth the visit and a stop at the Imperial date farm for a data shake...

Absolutely worth spending several hours here. Eventually, all the Ts start looking alike because you get overwhelmed with the collection. Nice guy too.

Why cry? He's preserving history. I've been there several times. Johnny is a wealth of knowledge and quite a character. Most of the cars there were sitting neglected on farms and properties in the area.

I think my POV centers around all the guys that have had to scour deserts, canyons, riverbeds, etc to find mangled, rusty sheetmetal then turn it into an actual finished car.

I have the same/similar washing machine here. I’m not sure if it was gas powered before and my dad put an electric motor on it, or it came that way.
