Hot Rods Anyone recognize this seat?

What did this seat come out of? Seat back folds, release handles on both sides.

Nice match, fast too. That seat looks like it would be a natural in several PU builds, especially if the shifter is back a few inches on the transmission.

 

Close... very close........ but not the same.

Any part numbers on the seat belt brackets?

 

There is also a Toyota Truck seat like that in the T100 series from the early 90's.

 

I had a 79 Ford Courier PU that had a seat like that.

 

I think the Mazda wins, but it’s nice to know that these things are out there so you can have room for a shifter.

 

And the winner is ... Mazda B2200

Perfect fit for an F-1 with just 2" clearance between front corner of seat and the door. Even enough room for a hump cup holder behind the shifter.

Just bought this truck and want to get seat covers for it. THANKS GUYS!!!!
