Hot Rods Let's talk Cadillac 331's, 365 and 390's

Wow, that 331 caused you a lot of grief! Hopefully those days are behind you...

 

Getting closer to having my carbs and intake on. I’ve been working on polishing the intake and linkage. I dipped the bodies in Alodine and parkerized the bases over the long weekend. Waiting on a couple choke kickers yet then I can get this thing ****oned up

I've been looking for some of these but don't think they'd be to hard to make.
The anti-chatter adaptors are something I've never seen before.

 

OK, its been four years since I started this project and they're finally ready. I'll post adds next week on the appropriate page here and on other Caddy and hot rod sites. Been battling cancer and that is why it took so long. The adapters bolt on with standard Caddy gaskets and The intake uses a standard SBC gasket, trimmed to length.

Anyone out there got both a early 390 and 429 Cadillac intake manifold for comparison purposes, measurements , angles Ect? THANKS.
