SOLD - Started with a dry Texas car that had an amateur restoration in the early 80s. Installed a fully rebuilt 1967 283 hooked up to the original non od trans with a wilcap adapter and a diaphragm clutch - car is effortless to drive with a very light clutch pedal. Also installed a '56 3.22 center section and 28 spline axles for a great compromise of highway speed and in town acceleration. New brakes, tires, steering components, exhaust and full 12v conversion with rebel harness. Have put a couple of thousand miles on it, including one 500mi round trip - cruises effortlessly at 70mph - just bought a '55 Chevy I'm playing with and trying to decide which to keep, so I figured I put this out there to see if anyone is interested in this great, ready to go coupe - here is a link to my thread https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/one-neat-pile-shoebox-ford.1337870/#post-15680293 it goes over the car a bit more and has more pics
