I'm too busy and lazy to figure this one out. Figure someone can answer this for me faster than I can research it. So here's the question. What size screws / thread pattern hold a 1936 Ford coupe rear view mirror in place ? And do bob drake , vintage ford , Dennis carpenter , Sacramento Ford carry them ??? Thanks
Don’t know about the rear view mirror screws, but I got tired of paying the markup for four screws from Drake, et al, and started buying full bags of stainless screws from Fastenal for the same money as four screws. I heard Fastenal doesn’t sell to individuals any more, but any online fastener vendor should have them. Ford liked fine threads.
Much of Ford trim stuff uses size 10 with 32 thread. What can be different is that some applications use 10/32 but have a size 8 head. At least I found this to be the case with my A coupe. This may well be the reason the Ford part people have an edge.

10-32 straight slot oval head machine screws were stock. Phillips head are the easy to find replacements.
