At least I can pile it up out of the way I missed 2 roadsters about 10 years ago. Drug my feet. This time I didn’t
I've seen them over here on beachbuggys and kitcars such as those replica MGTDs with the VW engine . Also those big VW trikes. 1970s/80s stuff. Never could understand why people use them.
I’ve seen them before. I think the double ring is because the bucket isn’t deep enough for a normal sealed beam. I think they look kinda goofy.
I’m fixing to change the oil in my ‘51 and when I was digging out the filters I found this in the Ford box. Almost too nice to use so I grabbed another one off the shelf to take its place
My late uncle had brought his 63 427 Galaxies from out west to Michigan for the Ford 100th anniversary. He gave my dad a banner from the show when he went back. I was at my folks at thanksgiving and my dad mentioned he had some Ford banner i could probably hang in the shop. Looks like it was used at temp fencing. It had two repeating sections so I cut it in half in case my brother wants part. I temporarily hung it, I’ll stretch out better before I hang it for good.
I was digging through the other garage the other day and ran across this display of fuses and a bunch of boxes of spares
picked up a pair of old Cleveland high port exhaust plate heads. I’m going to put them on the flow bench as is, but I’m pretty confident that some epoxy in the intake floors, and some brazing in the valve bowls andiron side of the exhaust floors will have these working really well.
