Insurance doesn’t mean ****! Doug Wolfgang sued and won a claim against Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas and the World of Outlaws for injuries he suffered in a practice crash! Now he wasn’t completely in correct in the fact here wasn’t enough safety personnel (only 2) or training at the those who were there but I will also say he was a professional race car driver and knew the risks of what could happen that day, particularly with that few trained people there that day!
