Looking forward to more of this post. I have gained a lot of ideas for my up coming build for my T roadster on a model a frame. Mike
Right now this car is my daily driver and I won’t be working on it too much. I’m building a chopped 1935 five window ford and a 1941 Pontiac torpedo at the moment who will take up most of my time. This roadster has been so reliable and great to drive, but once I start working on it again I’ll be sure to do updates. Skickat från min iPhone med H.A.M.B.
Thanks, I'll keep referencing this post for help with my T best of luck with your future builds. Kind regards...Mike
Found this picture we took last year before my son was born. The roadster was in its element, being used as a daily driver and my girlfriend was pregnant. Life was simple and really good, as it is now. Skickat från min iPhone med H.A.M.B.
Been a great years of just using and abusing this lil roadster. separated from my sons mom, moved, worked on my 35 a bunch, drove the absolute piss out of this car and finally got to a point where I felt like it needed to be updated. so this year I put some 39 taillight on, did a little pinstriping and built a new dash. I am also working on some belly pan stuff and a few more goodies that will make this into more of a 50s show-rod looking thing, but keeping it sorta rough and racey.
Here is a picture of the start of the pinstriping on it. Will finish it in a week or so when I have a few more nights off.
Thank you! Got some crazy plans for it in the future with cast inserts and stuff but I’m happy with the shape thus far! will probably run it like this for a few years first
I began work on a belly pan and a new exhaust this summer, included a nice action pic from a show I went to with my dad also. the exhaust is not shown, but had to put this on for inspection, the one I’m making is gonna be a lot more fun.
I was going to ask just how far a Swedish mile is, cool roadster & will follow along on your coupe build too
I just saw this thread... and I don't know that I have ever wanted a T roadster more in my life! Thanks for the post... now I'm on the lookout! 3blap.
Thanx guys! Lotsa love for this little T roadster! I did some panel striping this year too but I have no real good pictures of it. Will try and get some.
