IMG_6711.jpeg IMG_6716.jpeg IMG_6713.jpeg Kiwi ingenuity at its best in 1953 , originally it had a model A diff and home made quick change . Now a halibrand converted to independent rear . Chevy Six ,Wayne’s head, mechanical fuel injection. I should have taken more pictures. Incredible sound when the rpm’s come up . It’s been rolled twice the driver got thrown clear. The brakes and steering are mostly old English parts as the builder owned a workshop. Apparently way back it was rebodied with a 34 chev coupe body and driven on the street.

Yes ,Ōhau 6 miles away for the show and tell. But normally lives in Ōtaki 17 miles away. They could not fit on the trailer with the front clip on , hence no front clip. Must have been a small trailer as the tires rubbed the sides.
