My wife's 04 turbo PT has been a pretty good car, and it still runs out pretty well.
Its 21 years old and still on the road daily. It is a royal pain to work on, so it goes to a shop for most things, even with that in mind, its still been a pretty good car.

 

Just saw your comment - spot on. There was also this monstrosity this year. WTF. These guys could have created the Nallinger 600 coupe and did this instead. I don't care about the worksmanship and the time they spent, there is a little thing called "taste" and they have none.

But I'm sure there will be someone in Qatar who'd pay them what they want for it, so...

 

Didn't customizer Mike Haas build it? The " original" Nomad was in RnC around '69.. Had outside carriage lamps, I believe.

 

Ya know, it’s not wrong, per se, just remove a few of the “accessories “, change the rolling stock and it might not be half bad.
