    Uhhhh….
The truck pictured is what looks like a 1960 as in six zero not six-four.
That’s the “Fridge box” body style, 1957-1960. 1958-1960 had dual headlights like yours.

The door tag is a "data plate" and not the VIN for registration. The VIN is stamped on the R front frame rail near the axle and on the right frame rail hidden under the driver's seat area.
If your registration says 64 you may have problems if the paperwork doesn't match the number on the frame.

My 1960 F-100 Vin Tag is on the inside of the glove box door as well as on the frame.

Screenshot (2311).png Screenshot (2309).png Well the black truck in the little bitty photo ***uredly isn't a 64. 60 Maybe.
The serial number should be on the tag on the back end of the drivers door.

If it’s the black truck pictured the vin is on a tag on the glove box door it is also stamped on the frame under the battery box and I would ***ume a few other locations on the frame

***uming the truck is registered as a 1964…..
How this happens, lazy stuff / miscommunication at registration or in the transaction.

    Example….
    “ It’s a 1960 Ford F100”
    “A 1964 F100?”
    “ Yes a 1960 Ford F100.”
