Custom wheels are pretty easily made today because of outer rim sizes available. Yes they very expensive but it’s what happens with buying a vehicle such as this.
You could have a friend or shop with a large lathe, machine out your hub centers and install them on a a set of readily available wheel after you have its bolt center machined out and welded in but I see about the same $$$$$’s unless you have the tooling.

I'm betting they are split rims and nobody wants to work on them anymore. I used to bust tires and I am not a fan either!
    *****in' truck BTW

Yeah they are going to be split rims. Isuzu NPR’s from Japan sometimes have the same bolt pattern. A 225 70 19.5 might work on those wheels

I’ve bought 22.5 wheels for a 74 C65 from Centeral Ag Tire and Wheel in Wichita KS . The wheels are made in Turkey . 3 years ago they were $350 apiece . 10 bolt wheels . Used bus tires were purchased from there also . Around here bus tires are replaced at 5 years .

I found some wheels online for 339.00 each . Maybe you could find a school bus to buy and swap out axles . Bus rear axles are single speed instead of a two speed . So buy a bus , strip off the bus and set your cab on the bus frame .
