I'd love the Jolly ole Fatman to squeeze a 34 3 window coupe down the chimney.

But all I really want is a few things honestly.

A great year in 26 with friends and family.
People to realize Politics are dumb.
Log some miles on my junk.
And India to quit calling.

Got what I wanted the other day. New roofs on the garage, shop and outbuilding. Continuous gutters are scheduled for today. On second thought, Santa could leave me a stocking full of cash to help make up for it all...I've been a good boy

Do you do sketchy mortgages in Canada? lol. Looking at buying a building…

 

Nah, just the west coast states and Idaho and Arizona. I had to get licensed in those last two because my friends keep moving off the coast to retire. Your country has very different lending guidelines and regulations than we do. Sometimes it easier and more cost effective to mortgage your home to buy a building to build hot rods in. Light commercial, under a million dollars is a weird animal.
