    Hi Guys,

Originally snapped this up in June this year in Louisiana, it’s a 1950 3100 ½ ton. Taken ages to sort out getting it shipped to the UK but it finally arrived last Friday and I collected it yesterday. Rally excited, its my first Chevy and my first pickup so looking forward to getting stuck into it. It’s rough in places but a good base for what I intend to do to it over the winter. If anyone in the UK has any parts or advice please let me know lol IMG-20251219-WA0013.jpg

Nice project, and you really can't hurt those old Chevy trucks! You can actually sit on the fenders
and not dent them! Real steel, real deal. I have owned my '54 3100 for over 30yrs. Have fun with
your new ride. Keep on truckin. Bob

Looks like the door handle area was done in with filler, maybe not prepped properly, as noticed by the rust stains.
Maybe has “poppers”? Or a plan to put them in.

That looks like a decent one to start with. That fender will fix and look great once you get the dent pushed out and do a bit of body work on it.
