mY WIFE SAID NO ON BUY'N this boat....I wanted to put in my living room so I could sit in and watch TV...

what you need is a harley street glide... I happen to know a guy that would trade you... easy to park..

 

she kept it a couple years and traded for a pontoon w 300 out board....yuk

My old Hondo Vdrive cut away deck semi runner bottom ,
Was said to be there factory show boat in 76 so I was told . Was raced in the late 70's to early 80's so I was told.
I bought it from a guy who used to keep it up at Lale Pillsbury CA in the summer and went through it and built a engine for it.
Twin Predators on a 502 BBC before Chevy made a 502.perfect. Had nitrous
Sold it around 1992.

Scared me evertime I took it out so it was pefect. Women liked it men feared it.

Ugh. You're out on a lake on a hot summer day, getting cooked by the sun and that W-motor. Great idea.

 

I believe you're spot on. It looks like it was a fancy tow cover/show cover. Sure looks like they put a lot of effort into that cover. I hate the idea of putting snaps on my hulls. Imagine trying to keep that thing on and clean.

 

A console and a stick shift. That 409 is about as pretty as an engine can get.
