Help ID these Tear Drop Skirts Please

    Found these on FB dirt cheap. Older lady clearing out her property. She had no idea how she ended up with them. They're in perfect shape. Not bent or dinged up.

    I wish I could afford or find an OG set of skirts for my '35 Olds but these will have to do for now.

    I googled some images and found some vintage universal tear drop skirts but the bottoms are more pronounced than these.

    Curious if these are also universal or vehicle specific.

    Man, I need some perfect dirt cheap skirts like those for my Merc.

    Man, I never get lucky. She listed them yesterday morning with a vague picture. They looked like early impala skirts from the angle she took the picture. Paid $200 for them. Super stoked.

    I noticed that when they're installed on an old Buick, the flared area doesn't match the tire location. Interesting. I guess they weren't designed very well, because the flared area should be a ways forward from where it is, centered under the apex of the top curve?

    But if you have the car set up as a real tail dragger, like on yours, then you don't see the tire, so it doesn't matter?

    Faux'd them to "match" the rest of the car. Will never be a perfect match but enough to fool the eye.
